Global Property Deals.com is owned by International Property Consulting Pty Ltd who had its origins back in 1996 when the company founder and director - Westan Johnson began investing in property. His brother Alvin later joined him, and together they purchased over thirty investment properties in Australia, mostly in Victoria.

In 2003 Westan's focus shifted to the New Zealand residential market, and by the year end Westan and Alvin had relocated their families to New Zealand and formed a company  to identify good property investments to supply the growing demand of investors in Australia and NZ.

Over the next 24 months they transacted approximately 70 investment deals and it was during this time that Westan began investigating investment opportunities in the USA. In November 2004 he traveled to various parts of the US, and was one of the first Australians to identify investment interest into the Texas market. Westan Johnson then spearheaded the investment foray into the San Antonio and the wider Texas market.

In 2006 – IPC was formed to more accurately reflect the operations and international focus of the company.  One of his first tasks was to design a new website which supported the growing vision of the business. As a result Global Property Deals.com was created and launched to facilitate bringing quality investment property deals to the investor who seek better returns otherwise unavailable to them.

Today Westan Johnson owns properties in 3 states of the USA and in 5 different cities.  These properties include homes, duplexes, vacant land and commercial projects.

Westan lives in Melbourne, Australia with his wife Janine and 4 Children, aged 19, 17, 12 and 10.  His interest include Investing (obviously), travel, family activities, spending time with friends and supporting the Richmond Football Club. Westan spends about five months a year in Texas.

Benny is a born and bred Texan who lives in Houston. He is Global Property Deals key person in Texas. Benny's local knowledge and astute investing prowess is invaluable to GPD. Benny has made numerous trip to Australia to meet GPD's growing clients base. Benny not only identifies attractive opportunities but is a successful property developer, with experience in residential and commercial projects. Benny welcomes Global Property Deal clients to visit him when in Houston.
